Sightseeing on the National Mall, at the Smithsonian Museums or elsewhere in the District is a short ride away on the Metro, and guests can actually walk to the White House from here! If you're in town for a meeting at the new Convention Center or at the Embassy Suites or Renaissance Hotel, you can walk to any of these destinations in ten minutes or less.

This English Basement, garden level apartment offers approximately 900 square feet of living space and comfortable accommodations for up to four guests. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, two bureaus and a reading chair (there is also a large bedroom closet). The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an attractive fireplace mantle, you'll also find a TV with cable and DVD player here. There is a fully equipped, galley style kitchen, and a bath with a walk-in shower. Wireless Internet and apartment size laundry facilities are available for guest use as well.
Additional Details:
The Apartment is fully furnished and provides all bed and bath linens. Daily housekeeping is not provided, however the property is cleaned prior to your arrival. Reserved off street parking is available for an additional $15 per night. The unit is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted outside on the patio in the rear. Children are welcome, however we are not able to accommodate guest's pets.
