Reservation and Payment
When you make an advanced reservation, one that is more than 2 weeks prior to the actual day of arrival, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 per B&B room reserved, or $100 for any apartment. The deposit applies to your stay total and must be paid by credit card. We require the remaining balance for your entire stay two weeks prior to your arrival day. Balance payments may be sent by check but must be received by your due date. Balance payments are automatically collected on the balance due date using the credit card from your deposit.
Reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance, require payment in full at the time of reservation and are non-cancelable/non refundable unless the nights can be resold.
Reservation and Payment for the Chesapeake Beach House
Reservations for this property are unique. For this property, reservations require a 50% deposit at time of reservation. The balance for the stay is due 30 days prior to the start of your reservation. In addition to the rental rate, we will charge a $150 cleaning fee, and a security deposit of $250 ($500 if you are bringing a pet). The security deposit is refundable with successful checkout. The cleaning fee and security deposit charges will be billed on the balance due date.
If your reservation for the Beach House is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due at the time of reservation.
