Unique Loft Style Living:

 1921 Gessford has been designed with a bright open floor plan and styled architecture. There are 2 floors of spacious living and a private 3rd floor for the innkeeper. The first floor, reserved for guests, includes a living room with cable TV, private bath, private patio and sleeping area with queen sized bed. A light filled atrium leads to the second floor with 2 additional living rooms, the house kitchen and a 1/2 bath. The 3rd floor is private living space for the innkeeper. 

 

 

 
Sleeping area with Queen Bed: 

The sleeping area is furnished with a queen sized bed. Consistent with the loft style living, the sleeping area is not a traditional bedroom. The space is tucked under the second floor living room, but does not have a formal door. Visual privacy is provided with a roll down shade. Nightstands, reading lamps, TV with cable, and even a treadmill complete the sleeping area. Note, while this is open living, the innkeepers quarters are located on the third floor. Guests enjoy the entire first floor for themselves. 

 

 

Full Breakfast:

A hearty start to a full day of sightseeing or business meetings, begins with a full hot cooked breakfast. The second floor dining area is the setting for freshly prepared breakfasts each morning. Breakfast times are flexible based on your scheduled, 7am to 9:30am. Please alert us to any dietary requirements, especially food allergies. 

 

 

 

 

Extra Details:

We require a minimum stay of 2 nights for advanced reservations. One night stays can be accommodated based on availability 1 to 3 days before arrival, or if only one night is available between existing reservations. Reserved off street, garaged parking is available for $20 per night. Garage space may be a a few blocks from the B&B. We are not able to accommodate guest pets. There are 2 dogs who live part time at the B&B, however they are usually not here when guests are visiting. Wireless Internet and Cable TV are provided.

 

Special Note: We host a musical "Jam" on the evening of the 21st of EVERY month. Guests are welcome to stay at the house, participate or simply enjoy the session, however there is limited privacy at the property until 10 or 11pm. We understand if this would prevent you from enjoying the house so if your travel dates include the night of the 2st, we may not be the best accommodation for your stay.
