    The Chesapeake Beach House is located in picturesque Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, on the Western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Just thirty miles from Washington, DC and Annapolis, Maryland, the home offers a quiet waterfront retreat without having to travel far from the big city.  Nearby attractions include the Railway Museum, Chesapeake Beach Water Park, “Rod N Reel” Charter Fishing, Veterans Memorial Park, and the boardwalk and beach in the sister town of North Beach, a half mile North of the house. On clear days, you can see Tilghman Island across the Bay and every evening, watch magnificent sunsets over the water.

Accommodations:

    The home offers approximately 4500 square feet of living space over three floors. There are six bedrooms, including two master suites with Jacuzzi baths, gas fireplaces and private balconies looking out over the Bay. Of the remaining four bedrooms, one has a queen bed, one a full, one with a pair of twin beds and the last with a single twin. The Media room on the second floor includes a queen-size sleeper sofa to provide for up to thirteen guests overall. In addition to the Master baths, there are three and a half others in the house.

    The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances, including a six burner cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, main and island prep sinks and a large side-by-side refrigerator. Granite countertops and excellent lighting make this kitchen a cook's dream.

    The second floor media room includes a large, flat screen television with a DVD library of four hundred titles. The great room also provides a flat screen television and has a working, gas fireplace. The flagstone patio offers a perfect place to BBQ; a gas grill is provided for guest use.

    The home includes wireless Internet access and premium cable TV. All bed and bath linens are provided for your stay. There are laundry facilities should you need them. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware and glassware allowing for easy cooking and dining. One off street parking space is available, with plenty of unrestricted street parking in front of the house.
