Spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 persons are offered with the LeDroit Townhouse located in Historic LeDroit Park. This home offers 3 bedrooms, large comfortable living areas, a renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 1.5 baths, both also renovated, and a private fenced in yard/deck. The home is centrally air conditioned and heated for your comfort. Wireless Internet and TV with cable/DVD ensure you can stay connected while on your visit to Washington. 

Sleep up to 8: 

The 2nd floor of the Townhouse has 3 bedrooms. The largest bedroom is located on the front of the house and is furnished with a Queen sized bed, bureau, nightstands and reading chair tucked in the bright bay window. At the rear of the Townhouse, the second bedroom, also large and furnished with a Queen sized bed, bureau, nightstands and reading chair. This room overlooks the private rear yard and garden. The third bedroom has been set up as a small office with desk and futon sofa. This room is located in the middle of the house, and offers a quite space to catch up on work, while also allowing accommodations for 2 guests with their own room. To accommodate an additional 2 guests, the sitting room on the first floor is furnished with a Queen sized futon sofa. 

Spread out and Relax:

The first floor of the Townhouse includes a generous sized living room with large sofa, loveseat, reading chair and TV with cable and DVD player. This room is located on the front of the house, and include the front bay window which allows plenty of natural light. At the back of the house, there is another sitting room furnished with a futon sofa (which also allows for sleeping accommodations for 2) and an additional TV with cable and DVD player. Wireless Internet access is provided throughout the house. 

Modern, Renovated Kitchen: 

The kitchen has been completely renovated and updated with all modern and full sized appliances. Prepare meals easily as all cooking and dining utensils are provided. Appliances include a gas/stove, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot. Meals can be served either in the Dining area or when the weather permits, on the deck with patio table. Additionally, the owner provides a propane grill on the back deck if you would like to grill meals.  

Additional Amenities: 

There Townhouse has 1 full bath, located on the second floor, and one 1/2 bath, located on the first floor. All bed and bath linens are provided with reservation. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure, however daily housekeeping is not provided. Laundry facilities are also included with this unit. Wireless Internet access is provided and telephone with local access. For those traveling to Washington with a car, on street parking is provided with a permit secured by the owner. There is no  charge for the permit. Central heating and air conditioning ensure your comfort. The home is serviced by the Shaw/Howard University Metro station, providing access to the Green and Yellow lines of the subway system. Using the Metro, the Washington Convention Center is just one stop away, and the National Mall, with access to the White House, Smithsonian Museums, Library of Congress, US Capitol and the National Monuments is just 3 stops.
