 A stay at the 1313 Apartment is sure to simplify your trip to Washington. This fully furnished, Garden Level apartment offers comfortable accommodation in a great downtown location. Washington's Metro system is 3 blocks from the front door with access to the Green and Yellow lines at the Cardozo/U Street station. From the apartment visitors will find easy access to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museum's, Washington Convention Center, White House, Library of Congress, Dupont Circle, virtually all DC has to offer.
 The apartment offers about 500 square feet of space. The living and sleeping spaces are divided by a 3/4 wall to create additional privacy for the sleeping area. A futon sofa opens to a full sized bed allowing for extra guests. The sleeping area is furnished with a Queen sized Brass bed ensuring a comfortable nights sleep. There are 2 TV's with cable provided, one in the living area, and one in the sleeping area. The full bath is located just off the sleeping area, also renovated.
A modern, fully equipped Galley Kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker all cooking and dining utensil. For those who might be here on an extended stay, laundry facilities are also provided.
Extra amenities provided with the apartment include Wireless Internet access, cellular repeater to ensure good signal with your Blackberry or iPhone, previously mentioned TV with cable, centrally controlled Air-Conditioning and heat. All bed and bath linens are provided for your stay, however as with all apartments in our system, daily housekeeping is not provided. For those who may be traveling by car, reserved secure off street parking is available for $20 per night.
