     Spur of the moment travel can be the best! Washington's Museums offer constantly changing exhibits, a free concert on the National Mall, or a quick getaway to visit your favorite restaurant. If you are making your reservation within 48 hours of your arrival, take $25 off per night on available rooms. A two-night minimum stay is required. This discount cannot be used for rooms already priced less than $185 per night. Sorry, this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. 

  "Company's Coming"

   Live here in Washington? Family or friends coming to visit and you don't have the room? Choose a property in your neighborhood and receive a 10% discount for your visitors. Minimum stay requirements may apply depending on each individual property and travel dates. Sorry, this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. 

  "Vacation Week"

  The furnished apartments and vacation rentals offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 days or longer.  Sorry, this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
