Reservation Policy for Individual Bed and Breakfast Room's

Bed and Breakfast's are much different than a traditional hotel. One of the ways B&B's differ is in reservation and cancellation policies. With the limited number of rooms a Bed and Breakfast has to offer, our polices are more strict. We believe our polices reflect the best balance of to respect both the visitor and the Innkeeper. Should you need a more flexible cancellation policy, we may have other options with less restrictive cancellation policies. With all reservations, we strongly recommend Travelers Insurance to protect  your investment in if an unexpected forces a last minute cancellation. Rooms reserved more than 2 weeks prior to arrival require non refundable deposit of $50 for each room. This deposit is applied to the total charges for the stay. The remaining balance for the stay is required 2 weeks prior to arrival, and is billed automatically to the credit card provided for deposit (balance payments by check are accepted if received by the balance due date). Reservations may be canceled with forfeiture of the deposit up to the balance due date. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival can result in a refund only for nights we are able to resell (minus a $50 cancellation fee). 

Reservations made less than 2 weeks before arrival:

Rooms reserved less than 2 weeks prior to arrival require full payment at the time of reservation. These reservations are non refundable and cannot be canceled with refund except for nights we are able to resell (minus a $50 cancellation fee).
