     Enjoy a comfortable home away from home stay at the Art Gallery Apartment on Capitol Hill. This first floor, fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment offers accommodations for up to 6 guests. The front bedroom includes a Queen sized bed and decorative fireplace. The second bedroom, situated in the middle of the apartment is also furnished with a Queen sized bed. There is one bath, featuring tiled floors and full tub and shower combination. A large living and dining room include a sofa, which opens to a Queen sized bed. At the rear of the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker toaster oven and all cooking utensils, dishes, silverware and glassware included. There is also an apartment sized stacking washer and dryer in the event you need laundry facilities.

Capitol Hill Location:

     Conveniently located on Capitol Hill, this apartment is 1.5 miles from the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, Union Station and the east side of the National Mall. While a little farther than most would want to walk to access the sights of Washington, the X8 bus line stops across the street, traveling to Union Station and the National Mall in about 10 minutes. Business travelers can access the Convention Center, Senate Offices, the K Street business district, Judiciary Square and Dupont Circle with easy transfer to the Metro system at Union Station.       A 3 night minimum stay is required at all times. Weekly and monthly rates are available, please call. Rates are based on the number of persons traveling, with Spring and Fall peak season for Washington. All bed and bath linens are provided with the unit. Guests will arrive to the property clean and set up for arrival. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Washington DC lodging taxes (14.5%) are not included with rates.
